About the Rooms

The First floor has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining table, and a spacious living room with an eight-sitter couch enjoying unobstructed views of the infinity pool and the Aegean sea, 60′ flat-screen  Smart TV, a fireplace with an additional seating area and a WC.  

The ground floor has the master bedroom with a cozy queen size bed and its own private Jacuzzi tub.  Two of the rest three en-suite bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds, each with its own  private patio that enjoys the shade of a beautiful Acacia tree for moments of solitude and relaxation.  The third en-suite bedroom has two double reclining beds specially made for guests that seek extra  space and comfort in their sleep.  

The upper floor has an individual entranced guest house with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a  dome-style shower, a kitchenette with a minibar and coffee machine. Outdoors, a private terrace with lounge area & Hot-Tub, offering further privacy and a stunning sea view. 

The Garden Guest Studio is by the pool, detached from the rest of the villa, with stone walls and wood ceiling, offering peace and seclusion. Consists of a comfy queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a  seating area that converts into a spacious single bed, and a kitchenette equipped with a stove, a fridge, and a coffee machine. 

Additionally, a big sofa bed located in the largest of the ground-level bedrooms in the villa can sleep  one or two extra guests comfortably. A minibar and an additional fully equipped bathroom have been added at the corridor of the ground floor providing quick accessibility and convenience to the guests. All bedrooms have an air condition unit, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a multi-jet shower panel.
